RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

By placing an order, you confirm that You have read, understood, and accepted the following policies:

 

1. Return/Refund request time frame

Within 5 days of receiving your order, you must request or notify us of a return or refund for the order (the arrival date is defined as the date that shows the “delivered” status of the tracking number of your package). Any claims made after 5 days will NOT be accepted.

You can send the return/refund request to our support team via email padorashopping@gmail.com. You should include the following information for better support.
– Order number
– Video or photos of the received product
– If your problem is the wrong or defective product, please include photos of that product. 
– If your problem is about the size, please include a measuring tape, stick or ruler in the photo of the product

 

2. Return Conditions

We are focusing on providing high-quality items for you. Returns of your purchase are ONLY allowed when the delivered goods fall within the following criteria:
– Item received damaged (in the shipping process)
– Item is the wrong size/color compared to the order
– The item is not the right style (for example, a long-sleeved shirt instead of a shirt) from the order

In the cases above, will process a replacement or refund with these conditions:
– All items must be in original condition: unworn or unused and in their original packaging with the shipping label.
– All packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories (if any) must be included.

Regarding the return process, please ship your package via insured ground service (recommend: USPS, UPS, FedEx) with a valid tracking number. Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.

NOTE: You must contact us if you want to return the item(s). Returning without prior confirmation and authorization will not be accepted. The address marked on the shipping label is just the address of our partnership with USPS’s office.

 

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 days.

We will NOT accept to return or exchange if:
– The customer(s) change their mind
– The item(s) have been used or washed
– The item(s) have been delivered with the correct size and/or correct color as in order.
– The item(s) have been broken after several uses.
– The products are the gifts 

 

4. Order cancellation

PADORA only accepts cancellation requests sent to us within 6 hours of placing the order. Please be well-informed that we need to pay for management, processing, and transaction fees, so 10% of your total order value must be charged for the cancellation.

After 6 hours, your order will be automatically archived and sent to the warehouse for the process of stocking, packaging, and shipping. No one can cancel your order once it is being processed already. 

 

5. Order revision

You can only revise the order information (size, color, address) within 12 hours after your purchase is completed.

If you purchase the wrong product(s), please contact us via the email at padorashopping@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you in solving these problem(s). 

In case you would like to change your order’s variant, you only need to inform us:
– The new order has the same price as the old order, we will assist you to change it on our system.
– The new order has a lower price than the old order, we will assist you to change it on our system and refund the rest of the order amount you paid to your original payment method.
– The new order has a higher price than the old order, we will send you an invoice to your email so that you pay the additional fee
