SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order confirmation
Once you complete the payment and place the order, a Confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email address you provided within 6 hours mentioning all of your order information.
In case you do not receive the confirmation email after that time, please contact us via padorashopping@gmail.com for further support.
2. Tracking information
Normally, the in-store process for the stocking and packaging will take about 3-5 business days. Then, when the order is ready for the shipping process, a Shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address. It may take about 5-7 working days for the tracking status to be updated on the carrier’s system. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Your order will mainly be handled by our shipping agency including USPS, FedEx, and Canada Post,… and we will choose the shipping carrier based on the address you provided to ensure the shipping time.
Please contact us via email address padorashopping@gmail.com if you do not receive a tracking confirmation email.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate/ incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
3. Product origin
PADORA works very closely with top global merchants from all over the world to find the source of materials and provide the most unique products on the market at the best prices for you.
Our warehouses are located around the world, exclusively in Southeast Asia: Singapore, Vietnam, India, China, etc.
As a one-stop-shop destination for the best products, we cooperate with a variety of carriers in Europe, Asia, and North America such as: USPS, Canada Post and some of the other partners.
4. Shipping time
The arrival date will vary depending on destinations. We can only suggest the estimated time of arrival.
– United States: 7-20 working days
– Rest of World: 7-30 working days
In the situation of holidays, natural disasters, customs, pandemics, etc., the shipping process may be delayed. We will also send you an announcement email about this.
5. Change shipping address
If your shipping address is wrong, please contact us immediately via email padorashopping@gmail.com so that we can take instant action.
Please notice that we can only change your order information within 12 hours after the order was placed.
If your order is being processed or has already been shipped, we cannot change the address, and we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address entered by the buyers. The only thing we can do is provide you with the carrier’s contact so that you can change the shipping address by yourself.
It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly enter the address with your house/ apartment number, PO box, the name of the road, city, state, zip code, etc.
PADORA reserves the right to refuse to support and will NOT be responsible for any refund if:
– The customers refuse to accept the package
– The carriers have to re-ship the packages many times
– The order shipping status indicates that the package has been successfully delivered to the address that the customers provided.
