1. How can I get the order confirmation?

Right after you place the order, you will receive a Confirmation email from padorashopping@gmail.com. Please be sure to check your spam folders for the confirmation. If you still cannot find the order confirmation email after checking carefully, please make sure that the email address you provided is correct. If possible, please check your account to see whether the money has been taken out yet because your order may not be placed yet, the item is still in your cart.

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit cards and Debit cards as well. 
– If you want to check out the order with PayPal, simply click “PayPal”
– If you want to pay with your cards, kindly click the icon with a card image. We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover

 

3. When will my order be shipped?

Normally, the orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days after the payment is verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

4. Where is my order shipped from?

PADORA works very closely with top global merchants from all over the world to source and curate the most unique products on the market at the best prices for you. We travel the world and meet trusted suppliers to put together a collection of fun and trending products. By this way, you don’t have to drive around to retail shops, search thousands of different websites to price compare and get ideas…think of us as a one-stop-shop destination for the most popular products. Because of this, your order can be shipped anywhere from China, Singapore, India, Vietnam, etc. via our partnership with USPS.

 

5. How can I track my order?

When you place your order, you will receive a Confirmation email confirming your Order number starting with the character “#” and purchase details. When your order is ready for the shipping process, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.

To track your package, simply click on the tracking number you got, it will open a website showing your order status.

Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive the tracking information email. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

 

6. How can I change my order information?

If you realize you have made an error in the shipping address or variants, simply e-mail us as soon as possible. We will support you to correct the information.
Please note that: we can only change your order information within 12 hours.

Please check the order confirmation email carefully which is sent to you right after you place the order to check all the information.

 

7. What is your return policy?

Returns are available if initiated within five (5) days from the date showing delivered status successfully on the carrier’s system. You must email our customer service within 5 days to request the return/refund. 

The return policy will only apply tothe wrong or damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in original condition.

We do not refund shipping costs. Return shipping is at the customer expense
